  • We accept returns postmarked within 30 days from the date your package ships from us.
  • Returns must be received unworn, unwashed and in new condition.
  • All shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return. If the shoebox or shoes are damaged, they will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
  • All items on sale are final sale and ineligible for return. Please review product information carefully before purchase.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable.
  • Returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. We'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.

How much is shipping?

  • We offer free shipping USPS standard post shipping on US orders of $75 or more. Your order will arrive 5 - 8 days from the ship date.

  • USPS Standard Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States 

  • Shipping costs are calculated at check out.


When will I receive my order?

  • Typically, you will receive your order anywhere from 5-8 business days from the date that it is shipped out. We will send you an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.  

  • Remember, after your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to five business days to process your order.

  • This doesn't include weekends or holidays.

  • UPS Net Day Air Saver: arrives next day from ship date

  • UPS Next Day Air: arrives next day from ship date

  • UPS Next Day Air Early AM: arrives next morning from ship date
